If you're just surfing by, Savannah Bay is a new subdivsion in Lincoln County, Georgia on the shore of beautiful Thurmond Lake.

If you are a property owner, you've come to the right place. We will use this website to keep you up to date on all the happenings in our community, board news, important information you need, and to make it easy to contact your Board.

This website is very much a work-in-progress, created and maintained by property owner volunteers who work cheap, if not fast.  Drop by often for changes, updates and new information.  We plan jazz it up with photos and your suggestions to make it a fun place to bring your family and friends to show off Savannah Bay.

to get a permit for burning lawn/waste materials on the shoreline
