Governance

IM000611

The Savannah Bay Subdivision in Lincolnton, GA is governed by an Amended Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements with oversight managed by the Savannah Bay Homeowners Board of Directors.  There is a called homeowners meeting yearly that takes place in the month of October.

A quorum of 60% of homeowners throughn attendance or proxy is required to conduct the official business of Savannah Bay Home Owners Association.

Ensuring the beauty and long-term value of our new neighborhood is the primary focus of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

It’s important for all members of the Savannah Bay HOA to recognize the importance of the ARC and work with this committee to build a neighborhood that has lasting beauty and value.

So, if you are already in the planning stage for building a home on your Savannah Bay lot … please contact the ARC by mail (see the “Contact Us” page) or email ( arc@savannahbayhoa.com ) to register your project and secure the assistance and approvals that will insure your home plans are “done right” from the start.

It is important for everyone to remember that, per our community covenants, no clearing, dock building, driveways, or construction of any kind is to begin until plans are approved by the ARC. This is for everyone’s benefit and the benefit of our whole community.
