Your Board of Directors

2009 was a year of great leadership from the first Savannah Bay HOA Board of Directors.  The foundation for a solid community have been laid and we are all thankful for a job well-done by board members and volunteers to date.   Per the covenants, a new board is to be elected each year at the annual meeting.  On October 17, 2009 the following five owners were elected as your board of directors for 2010.

• Linda Huovinen (lot 38)

• Terry Cooper (lot 47)
• Mike Loebl  (lot 40)
• Beth Putnam (lot 46)

The 2009 board will seek to continue to improve upon the foundations laid by the previous board ... especially in the areas of Maintenance, Architectural Review, Finance & Budget, Community Beautification.  Additionally, the board invites everyone interested to particiapte in helping to make Savannah Bay the best community on Thurmond Lake.
