Your Board of Directors 2006
was a year of great leadership from the first Savannah Bay HOA Board of
Directors. The foundation for a solid community have been laid
and we are all thankful for a job well-done by board members and
volunteers to date. Per the covenants, a new board is to be
elected each year at the annual meeting. On November 11, 2006 the
following five owners were elected as your board of directors for 2007.
The board welcomes Beth Putnam as the newest member ... and says farewell (and THANK YOU!) to Richard White who has been a huge asset to the community for the past 2 years.

The
2007 board will seek to continue to improve upon the foundations laid
by the previous board ... especially in the areas of Maintenance,
Architectural Review, Finance & Budget, Community
Beautification. Additionally, the board invites everyone
interested to particiapte in helping to make Savannah Bay the best
community on Thurmond Lake.
