We are the premier Lincoln County lakefront community on Thurmond Lake(Clarks Hill Lake).
The subdivision has 67 buildable properties, with 54 lots having direct lake access and the remaining interior lots with access via the community dock.
In addition to the community dock the subdivision has a private and locked boat storage area and a community well system that is run by the Lincoln County Department of Public Works. The lit and well maintained roads and common areas create a picturesque community setting. We sit on a peninsula extending into the Fishing Creek area of Thurmond Lake, giving as three side of beautiful lake access and views.
The Savannah Bay Home Owners Association is very active and engaged with the local community. Quarterly newsletters and updates via our facebook page keep all our homeowners involved in what’s happening in Lincoln County and at the lake. We have full-time residents, weekend warriors and second home enjoyers that all have come to appreciate the gem that we have.
